Refund Policy

• As per The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, refunds and replacements are subject to the policies of the business.

• This policy aligns with Section 2(47) of the Act, which defines e-commerce regulations and seller responsibilities.

• Any disputes related to refunds will be governed by the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu India.

1. Order Cancellation and Refund

• Orders once placed can be canceled only if the customization process has not started.

• Once the order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Exceptions

• If the product is defective or incorrect, customers must contact us within 4 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).Failure to follow this process will result in the claim being invalid and the policy will not apply.

• The Products must be returned back  for a Refund.

• We will review such cases and provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

• Since we are a growing business, our refund policy may change over time.

• Any modifications will be updated on this page and will be effective from the date of posting.
