The customization process for an order will be initiated within 12 hours of the order being placed on working days.
For any orders placed on Saturday, the customization process will begin on Monday.
Prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made through our accepted payment methods.
We do not store payment details.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Orders once placed can be canceled only if the customization process has not started.
Once delivered, products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect. such issues must be reported within 4 hours of delivery.
